User Experience Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join one of our clients.

What are your responsibilities?

• Lead the design and improvement of user experiences on digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the Customer Digital Experience team to ensure that every customer enjoys a smooth and reassuring interaction across our client's digital touchpoints.
• Analyze user behaviors and identify pain points in customer journeys to provide effective UX solutions.
• Conduct workshops with internal users and clients to gather insights and translate them into functional digital tool requirements.
• Design wireframes and document the process to ensure clarity for all stakeholders.
• Propose recommendations for improving the digital customer experience, always keeping the user at the center of discussions.
• Work alongside project managers to enhance user interactions through digital platforms, considering both user needs and business constraints.
• Provide detailed justifications for design choices to streamline approvals.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's/Master's degree/Certification in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or related fields.
• +5 years of experience in user experience design and research.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good level of English.
• Proven experience with wireframing tools, customer journey mapping, and UX best practices.
• Strong ability to empathize with users and understand their needs, motivations, and emotions.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent user interests in internal discussions.
