As we expand our reach, we’re seeking a proactive and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to take charge of marketing strategy, relationship management, and team leadership across national and international markets.
About The Role

You’ll represent HOLO across Australia and abroad — leading campaigns, managing agent networks, strengthening institutional relationships, and ensuring our overseas staff are equipped to deliver at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing plans to drive student recruitment and brand visibility.
- Lead outbound call marketing efforts to engage agents, institutions, and prospective students.
- Identify and onboard new education agents in key local and international markets.
- Travel across Australia to meet with college and university marketing managers, maintaining and expanding institutional partnerships.
- Travel internationally to represent HOLO at recruitment fairs, student expos, and education conferences.
- Deliver in-person training and support to HOLO’s overseas staff to ensure consistency in service delivery and alignment with company standards.
- Lead digital and print marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Create and oversee the production of promotional materials and marketing content.
- Organise and present at student webinars, recruitment events, and outreach initiatives.
- Set pricing models, manage credit terms, and define geographic sales areas.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Establish performance targets and agent expectations aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing and admin staff, promoting a culture of performance and accountability.
- Provide hands-on support for day-to-day operations, including ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth business flow.
- A Diploma of Leadership and Management (essential), or a relevant qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or international education consultancy.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in outbound marketing and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams — locally and abroad.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset.
- Willingness and availability to travel nationally and internationally — all travel expenses are covered by the company.
- $85,000 + 11.5% superannuation.
- Full-time | 38-hour work week.
