Senior Project Manager (ERP / Digital Transformation)

Great career opportunity for an ERP Project Leader with Digital Transformation experience to join an international technology provider and lead two brand new high-profile global projects.

This project leadership role will suit a Senior Manager with a track record of delivering multiple full lifecycle ERP projects and digital transformation, ideally in large Software company environments.

The Opportunity

Esko is a leading B2B provider of software, hardware, and consulting services to global clients, enabling them to produce the best packaging for billions of consumers.

Reporting to the VP CIO and based 2-3 days a week at our Ghent HQ, this newly created role within Esko’s internal Business Applications group will oversee the full lifecycle implementation of critical technology projects as part of our digital transformation.

The initial focus will be overseeing our ERP implementation (MS D365) and move to Subscription Management (Zuora). This will involve planning, budget & stakeholder management, leadership and influence of internal resources and external implementation partners, running workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, reporting progress and ensuring user adoption.

We’re looking for…

• Digital transformation experience (ideally within a Software company) and project management of full lifecycle ERP implementations
• Strong verbal & written communication (fluent English), cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, leadership, stakeholder management, listening, and influencing skills
• Strong business process orientation. A continuous process improvement mindset and adept at digitizing business process to automate manual processes and remove waste
• Looking for permanent employment rather than freelance work. Doesn't require visa sponsorship and is willing to travel internationally on occasion (5-15% of time)
