Job Description

  • Manage enterprise IT applications for over 4,000 users
  • Advise internal stakeholders on IT-related topics
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops
  • Contribute to cross-departmental, innovative IT projects
  • Select and implement new IT applications
  • Analyze and optimize processes
  • Perform error analysis and troubleshooting (2nd level support, no 1st level)
  • Create IT specifications, documentation, and guidelines
  • Coordinate with external partners

Qualifications

  • Completed IT education (HTL, FH, TU) or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in managing IT applications
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
  • Technical proficiency: SQL, REST, Tomcat, Python, and PowerShell are familiar terms
  • Passion for IT and automation
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to learn and openness to IT trends
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.000 to € 5.000.
