Tasks

Would you like to gain valuable insights into the world of employer branding and gain practical experience? Then you've come to the right place!

We offer you the opportunity to actively participate in a dynamic and creative environment and contribute your ideas and skills.

• You support the planning and implementation of internal and external events
• You analyze relevant key figures and support the creation of reports and presentations (including evaluating the performance of videos and posts)
• You develop content calendars and support the planning of posts, filming support and behind-the-scenes footage
• You support social media management (corporate influencers)
• You work on the design of printed materials and advertising material
• You will help with the co-design of our websites and the editorial creation of current content
• You develop texts with HR-related content for newsletters, intranet and other formats

Requirements

• You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
• You have an interest in employer branding and marketing
• You have good communication skills and team spirit
• You have an independent and reliable way of working
• You ideally bring some initial experience in event management, content creation, or video production, but it’s not a requirement
• You have a very good command of German and English
• You have very good MS Office user skills
• You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/European Union
