As a Scrum Master (f/m/x), you will coach and support our agile teams in the development of complex, high quality software solutions.

Job Description

  • You accompany the agile process and are responsible for its implementation and further development.
  • You promote collaboration and transparency within the team.
  • You promote the independent work of the teams.
  • As a moderator of Scrum events, you ensure that every team member is heard and identify potential conflicts.

Qualifications

  • Completed education (HTL/FH/TU) with focus on software development as well as professional experience as Scrum Master.
  • Communicative personality as well as enjoyment of challenging projects
  • Agile mindset and knowledge of agile methods and project management tools
  • Experience in coordinating multiple agile teams is an advantage
  • Good command of English

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.000 to € 5.000.
