We're looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to help us build and scale our team during a period of growth. This role starts with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting and will evolve into a more strategic talent acquisition function as we grow.

You’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while helping shape the systems and strategies that power our long-term people goals.


Responsibilities

🟢 Phase 1: Recruitment-Focused (Initial 6-9 Months)

Own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and departments.

Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions, define role requirements, and establish hiring timelines.

Source candidates using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to offer.

Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline activity, etc.).


🌱 Phase 2: Talent Acquisition Strategy (Post-Initial Hiring Surge)

Develop and implement long-term talent acquisition strategies.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, including passive candidates.

Support employer branding initiatives through social media, content, and events.

Partner with leadership to plan workforce needs and hiring roadmaps.

Evaluate and improve recruiting tools, systems, and processes.

Support initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring.



Requirements:

2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Strategic thinking with a desire to grow beyond transactional recruiting.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and hiring analytics.

In office 3+ days per week

B2 English


Ideal skills:

Experience in high-growth/startup environments.

Exposure to employer branding, talent mapping, or workforce planning.

Passion for people, culture, and building great teams.

German B1 or above



Type of contract: Full time position with FlexTime working agreement; 38.5 hours/week


Salary: The minimum base monthly salary for this position starts at EUR 2.855 gross per month, with a planned payment of 3000-4000 depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
