IT Project Manager for Marketing Applications

To promote further constant growth, we are expanding our IT Marketing Applications Team and are looking for an IT Project Manager. Our solutions help the global Red Bull Marketing team in their day to day business work in areas like Digital Marketing & Ecommerce, Campaign Planning, Execution & Reporting solutions.

In this role, you’ll manage global Enterprise Applications in the area of Direct to Consumer communication, especially Email Marketing & Ecommerce journeys, data & consent management, data integration & architecture and global messaging platforms. Working closely together with the Marketing & Ecommerce department, you'll innovate and constantly develop new solutions for our unique way of doing business.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As an IT Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, controlling and monitoring of IT projects as well as communication with various stakeholders. Together with other teams and external partners, you’ll perform a business analysis, gather requirements, design a solution and are responsible for the technical implementation or software selection, the acceptance and the global rollout. You’ll be fully responsible for the delivery and run of applications.

Business Partnering And Requirements Engineering

As you will work close together with our Marketing & Ecommerce teams, you’ll learn to understand their business processes. Based on that knowledge you’ll gather and challenge their requirements and translate them into technical concepts, in order to develop high quality and reliable solutions.

SERVICE OWNERSHIP

In this role you’ll be responsible for certain services, after a project has gone live, throughout the entire service lifecycle.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• University Degree in Computer Science/similar study or equal practical experience
• At least 5 years professional experience within an IT department or consulting company
• Experience in IT project management, delivery and roll-out of applications
• Interest for Marketing processes like Email Marketing, Ecommerce, Direct to Consumer Communication, GDPR, automated User Journey/campaigns, etc.
• Experience with Email Marketing solutions, Social Messaging platforms or similar from a consultant or solution architect perspective is a plus
• Experience with Data Models, Integration of Systems and APIs
• Communication skills, performance and result-oriented & team player
• Fluent in English, German beneficial
  
  

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
