Freelance Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Scrum Master to guide our clients through their agile transformation and help optimize the performance of Scrum teams. If you are passionate about agility and team leadership, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help teams adopt agile best practices.
• Resolve obstacles and ensure continuous progress throughout the sprints.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure smooth delivery.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage collaboration within the team.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, as well as other agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello.
• Coaching skills and the ability to resolve team conflicts effectively.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of French or Dutch as a plus.

Location: Belgium

Contract Duration: Available for both short and long-term assignments
