As a key Agile leader, you will:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide the team through Agile best practices
• Support the Product Owner and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Track team velocity and remove blockers
• Promote self-organization and continuous improvement
• Act as an Agile ambassador across the organization

🎯 Your profile:

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban, Jira, and Agile principles
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Fluent in English + Dutch or French

📍 Hybrid: 50% on-site / 50% remote
