About the role:

As a Head of iProspect, you will be at the forefront of our digital team, driving the development of digital services and overseeing day-to-day operations. Your multifaceted responsibilities include innovating and enhancing our digital service offerings and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

Additionally, you will lead and inspire the digital agency and team to achieve excellence in their daily tasks, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. You will also take charge of expanding our client portfolio and develop digital marketing strategies to position dentsu as a leader in the dynamic digital marketing landscape.

Key responsibilities:

• Development of digital services and daily management of the work of the digital team.
• Providing leadership and inspiration to the digital team, developing the skills of the digital services team.
• Growing the portfolio of new and existing customers using digital services and bringing it to a new level.
• Developing high-level digital marketing strategies.
• Representing dentsu and iProspect externally to promote the brands and participate in thought leadership discussions in the local market.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated professional background in digital or media agency positions.
• Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
• Proven experience in guiding and developing teams through effective management and systematic growth.
• In-depth technical knowledge of the most used advertising and e-commerce platforms and, if necessary, perform some of the technical tasks yourself (or you know exactly what you want to order from a technical specialist).
• Experience in managing B2B customer communications.
