IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
to join our team at Finnair Business Services in Tartu, Estonia

Main Responsibilities
- Handling user support requests in SAP, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions
- Creating and managing Jira tickets for bug fixes and system improvements
- Monitoring ticket progress and following up with developers if needed
- Assisting with system access management (activations, deactivations)
- Helping document SAP processes and solutions for future reference
- Testing system changes and validating solutions before deployment
- Collaborating with different teams to resolve cross-functional issues
- Performing data clean-up tasks, such as user rights management
- Daily integration checks to ensure data flows correctly between systems
- Managing integration errors, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary
- Basic understanding of SAP systems (FICO, Master Data, User master, technical)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for user-reported issues
- Familiarity with Jira Atlassian for ticket tracking and follow-ups
- Microsoft Excel (basic data analysis, VLOOKUP)
- Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and users
- Independence in handling tasks, with the ability to seek help when needed
- Balancing independent work with proactive communication and teamwork
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to focus on priorities, timely and effective work execution
