SAP Supply Chain Transformation (Senior) Manager

implement and deploy SAP Solutions in S/4HANA. In our projects, you will
use your deep functional and technical knowledge to help design and implement
the complex project solutions for our customers.

You play a
key role in the end-to-end implementation of projects: starting from project
planning and initiation until the final delivery of the solution. You are
involved in project management, business process analysis, defining to-be
processes, tool selection, change management, implementation support &
training.

You are specialized in one of the following Supply Chain Processes: Procurement, Planning or Manufacturing and their respective SAP solutions.

You are not just a consultant, you are the face of the company for the client, the reference point and the expert in the SAP Solutions, you are fully backed up by a team of experts and coaches to drive your project and make an impact for your client.

We expect you to
have a client-facing personality with strong oral and written communication
skills in order to thrive
in complex business scenarios and be able to configurate and write functional specifications for complex customizations.

Let's talk about youYou are an expert in your field for SAP solutions. You have participated in at least one full implementation in any of the following: 

• BUY: Materials Management (MM), Ariba
• PLAN: Production Panning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• MAKE: Plant Maintenance (PM), Production Planning (PP or PP-PI) and/or Quality (QM) 

You have experience integrating different SAP modules and collaborating in a diverse team.You worked closely with clients to understand and translate their business needs into technical solutions by suggesting approaches and optimized solutions. You are an expert conducting workshops, delivering trainings, and writing detailed technical specifications and documentation.Keeping strategic relationships with the clients and delivering the best advice for their business needs is your passion.You are fluent
in Dutch and/or French with very good level of English.Have an EU citizenship with a valid driving
license in Belgium.You enjoy working with a diverse team and learning from eachother.

In order to

experience is considered as a plus

Taking the lead for on-time delivery for a SAP module or a stream.Coaching, teaching and advocating for a younger colleague's development.Knowledge of emerging technologies, using analytics for decision making.
