We are currently compiling a pool of qualified professionals interested in the role of (Interim) IT Assistant to potentially support Frontex, an EU Institution based in Poland and a prospective client of NTU. Please note that this announcement does not represent a confirmed job offer. About the Position:

An esteemed EU institution is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Assistant to provide temporary support for IT systems and services. The selected candidate will support day-to-day IT operations in a dynamic and international environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic support in the administration of various IT systems.

• Assist in consolidating access management services for different IT platforms.

• Process and monitor incoming IT-related requests to support internal workflows.

• Support end-user testing of specific IT systems.

• Maintain and update data and databases.

• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of IT-related reports and documentation.


Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT support or administration, preferably within an EU institution or similar organization.

• Basic understanding of IT systems and user management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing technical information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with common IT tools.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with end-users.

• Knowledge of EU working procedures and languages (English required, other EU languages are an asset).
