Your role and responsibilities

Are you a QA Engineer ensuring the highest quality in variable speed drives? Join our team of experts at ABB Drives Estonia, where innovation meets reliability. Your goal will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our Drives, which keep the world moving in a sustainable way.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Drives Division in Estonia.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth root cause analysis for variable speed drives, PCBA-s, and other electronic components
• Preparing comprehensive reports detailing corrective and preventive actions based on analysis findings
• Collaborating closely with Reliability, R&D, and Product Engineering units to resolve issues and implement improvements
• Managing the failure analysis process, ensuring a systematic approach to issue resolution
• Developing and implementing advanced root cause analysis methods in collaboration with the team
  
  

Qualifications for the role

• Education and work background in Electronics or Power Electronics field
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Motivated and professional work ethic
• Structured approach and commitment to practical working style
