We are looking for a creative and experienced Concept Design Manager to strengthen our team!

In this role, you will be designing and developing the overall concepts for Posti’s Service Point Network, including premises and furniture, where space and environment are integrated with customer and partner experience, Posti’s brand, and cost-efficiency. As part of the role, you will also be responsible for the management and coordination of the supplier network.

This role offers an inspiring opportunity to dive into Posti’s growth businesses. You will get to work on diverse projects in a positive and supportive team of experts. Your day-to-day partners will be in the eCommerce and Delivery Services business group, but you will also collaborate closely with a wide network of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and developing space solutions for the service point network including self-service concepts
  • Designing and developing furniture for the service point network
  • Creating cost-effective and scalable solutions that account for future development needs
  • Reviewing, managing, and updating contracts within the supplier network
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders and interfaces to ensure cohesive concept design

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

  • Relevant studies and at least 3–4 years of work experience in furniture and spatial design
  • Technical skills in using systems such as AutoCAD
  • The ability to combine visual design and practical solutions to meet business needs
  • Understanding of and practical experience in developing customer, partner, and employee experience
  • A proactive and adaptable working style – you are motivated by change, continuous learning, and achieving results
  • Excellent organizational skills – you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently even under pressure
  • Willingness to travel – you should be ready to travel between our different locations when needed
  • Good collaboration and negotiation skills with various stakeholders and service providers
  • Understanding of Posti’s services and products
  • Excellent in spoken and written Finnish, fluency in English; Swedish is considered an advantage
