Job Title: Senior Analyst – Private Equity Real Estate

Location: Berlin, Germany

The Firm:

A dynamic and well-capitalized private equity real estate investor with a strong track record across Germany. With capital ready to deploy and a robust pipeline of opportunities, the firm is actively expanding its Berlin-based investment team. The group focuses on value-add and opportunistic strategies across residential, office, logistics, and mixed-use assets in major European markets.

The Role:

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in the origination, evaluation, and execution of real estate investments across Europe, with a focus on the German market. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial modeling skills with a passion for real estate and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed underwriting and financial modelling of potential acquisitions, developments, and repositioning projects
• Support deal origination by researching markets, sourcing opportunities, and evaluating investment themes
• Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials and transaction documentation
• Work closely with internal asset management, legal, and finance teams, as well as external partners
• Monitor market trends and maintain databases on target markets, comparables, and transaction activity
• Support the asset management team with business plan execution, budgeting, and performance analysis

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate private equity, investment banking, real estate investment
• Proven interest and understanding of the European real estate market, particularly Germany
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (Excel, Argus or similar tools)
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent in English; German language skills are strongly preferred
