About The Department

The Marketing Department within BYD Automotive GmbH is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies to drive performance and deliver results that align with business objectives in Germany. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.

Position Overview

We are searching for a talented and passionate Creative Design Specialist to join our team in BYD Stuttgart Office! As a key member of the Marketing Department, you will play a vital role in crafting visually compelling and impactful designs that elevate our brand identity and marketing materials. You will work closely with the design headquarters in Europe, aligning European visual guides with national ones and adapting them when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design solutions for a variety of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media, following the BYD European headquarters guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, etc.) to understand project goals and brand guidelines
• Translate complex information into clear and visually appealing layouts
• Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
• Assist with the creation of presentations and other visual content
• Contribute to the development of new design templates and style guides at the local level
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and effective design solutions
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Native or high-level proficiency in German and a strong command of English
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail
