UX Designer (Junior–Mid Level)

We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-Level UX Designer to join a leading insurance client on a contract basis. The project involves a full redesign and rebuild of a customer-facing website, aiming to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.

Key Details:

• Duration: 6–8 months (with potential for extension)
• Location: South Dublin
• Hybrid: Flexible, 1 day a week weekly or biweekly depending on preference
• Rate: Competitive daily rate (DOE)

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with product, dev, and marketing teams to define user needs
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for a new customer website
• Conduct or support user research and usability testing
• Help ensure accessibility best practices are embedded throughout
• Iterate based on feedback and project milestones

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3+ years of UX design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing web or digital product work
• Comfortable working in agile or fast-paced environments
• Tools: Figma (or similar), basic familiarity with user research methods
• Bonus: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., insurance, finance)
