We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer to join the growing Digital Design Team within the broader Digital division at Prada Group. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our digital experiences across e-commerce and other digital platforms. Your focus will be on crafting user-centered, high-quality interfaces that align with our brand standards.

  • Translate complex problems into clear, elegant design solutions through research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine user experiences using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Manage and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
  • Oversee the rollout and timing of new features, maintaining high standards of design quality.
  • Apply human-centered design principles to support and shape the digital design culture within Prada Group.
  • Help reinforce the brand’s identity as a leader in digital innovation.

1–3 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.

Strong skills in interaction and visual design, with proficiency in tools like Figma.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong time management and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and creative mindset.

Ability to translate business challenges into user-centered design solutions that align with product goals.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication across international teams and partners.

Previous experience in e-commerce or fashion tech is a plus, but not required.
