Crew Manager

We are looking for a Crew Manager who is ready to take responsibility for ensuring the efficiency and quality of our technician and site supervisor teams in the execution of various projects. If you have experience in leading teams, a solid understanding of technical work organization, and a desire to grow with a forward-thinking company — this role is for you!

Your main responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the efficiency and quality of the Technician and Site Supervisor teams in line with company-set KPIs;
Providing reports to your direct manager about team performance;
Monitoring workplace safety and organizing team training according to internal guidelines;
Evaluating the professional skills of team members and supporting their growth;
Resolving issues and addressing non-conformities within the teams;
Identifying product shortcomings and proposing improvements;
Ensuring that all team-assigned equipment is maintained in good technical condition and that technical support is provided within one hour when needed;
Communicating daily with representatives of other departments (project managers, engineers, and other colleagues) as well as client representatives;
Participating in the company's training programs and certification processes as required;
Learning the specifics of products related to assigned projects;
Shift work may be required

Requirements

University Degree or Technical education
Experience in team management and practical experience in organizing repair, reconstruction, or maintenance works;
Good knowledge of Latvian and English (spoken and written);
Category B driver's license;
Solid computer skills and attention to order, quality, and precision;
Strong sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team;
Leadership qualities and ability to organize team tasks effectively;
Initiative and willingness to seek ways to improve results;
