Mechanical Engineer


Edge Autonomy is looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Mechanical Engineer you will play a key role in the design, development and maintenance of mechanical systems and components across a range of projects. Responsibilities

Design, analyze and test mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements.

Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve product performance and efficiency.

Work with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure successful project outcomes.

Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to assess the viability of proposed designs.

Prepare technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports.

Provide technical support during the manufacturing and assembly process.

Keep abreast of industry trends and advances in engineering technologies.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

Proven experience in mechanical design, analysis, and testing.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and finite element analysis tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in aerospace, automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Good Latvian and fluent English proficiency.
