Aerones is on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated HSE Manager to lead our health, safety, and environmental initiatives across all operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations, fostering a culture of safety, and developing robust health and safety strategies to protect our workforce and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Lead the investigation of incidents and accidents, compiling comprehensive reports and ensuring follow-up on corrective measures
  • Manage HSE training programs for all staff to ensure understanding and adherence to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with senior management to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility within all levels of the organization
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HSE Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing teams
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
