AERONES is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to support our global operations and ensure seamless travel arrangements for our technicians. As a Travel Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our team mobile and efficient.

- Organize travel, transportation, and accommodation for technicians heading to projects
- Handle visa and work permit applications, including preparing necessary documentation
- Plan and manage business trips effectively, keeping within budget constraints
- Search for, book, and review flights and other transportation options, including making changes as needed
- Arrange living accommodations for employees during business trips
- Maintain travel records and ensure financial accountability for trips
- Experience in organizing travel and booking accommodations
- Proficiency in English and Latvian languages
- Basic knowledge of visa and work permit procedures
- Good computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills and resilience under pressure
- Attention to detail and reliability
