Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Deskside Support Engineer located in Otrokovice. The Deskside Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support and customer service, and assisting with operating systems and customer support. Additional tasks include Windows and Office deployment services, PC deployment, and handling site surveys and audits.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Customer Support and Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Operating Systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with Windows and Office deployment services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
