AIDA Recruitment is partnering with one of the largest retail chains in Lithuania to find an AI Solutions Developer ready to take on impactful, innovation-driven challenges.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deploy LLM-powered tools for internal knowledge retrieval
• Define infrastructure requirements and collaborate on integrations
• Create analytics tools and automate data-driven insights
• Write clean, scalable, and production-ready code
• Contribute to innovation in an agile, low-bureaucracy environment

💡 What You Bring:

• Strong Python skills (bonus: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
• SQL proficiency (BigQuery is a plus)
• Knowledge of Git / GitLab CI/CD
• A degree in a quantitative discipline
• Strong communication, ownership, and leadership qualities
• Fluency in English
