About The Role

Deep Learning Engineers at Revolut are at the forefront of GenAI and large language model integration, building transformative products that range from user-facing tools to advanced process optimisation and data understanding solutions. You’ll work with advanced LLMs, developing solutions that have a tangible impact on millions of Revolut customers worldwide.

We're looking for a Deep Learning Engineer (NLP) to join our AI department and help drive the development of our proprietary LLM and the supporting systems around it. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of cutting-edge research and real-world application.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the design and development of our in-house LLM, from architecture and training to deployment
• Building the full interface layer and orchestration framework that enables seamless interaction with our LLM
• Creating an agentic framework for intelligent task execution, coordination, and reasoning
• Conducting applied research in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI to solve complex problems and continuously improve model performance
  
  

What You'll Need

• Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models
• A solid background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks
• A bachelor's degree in a STEM subject
• A deep understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals
• Big-picture thinking to correctly diagnose problems and productionising research
• An applied research mindset with the ability to read, implement, and improve upon state-of-the-art academic work
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience designing and building agentic or multi-agent systems
• A master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline
• Expertise in additional programming languages, such as Java, Scala, or C++
