Squad Lead

We are looking for a Squad Lead to drive the success of a software development team. This role requires a balance of leadership, operational efficiency, people management, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth sprint execution, maintaining business-aligned priorities, and fostering a high-performance squad.

Your day-to-day:

• Lead sprint planning and backlog management (JIRA)
• Estimate deliverables and unblock team issues
• Align squad initiatives with strategic OKRs
• Collaborate with product, sales, and PM teams
• Prioritize high-impact work and manage KPIs
• Mentor and motivate team members, ensuring balanced workloads
• Maintain Agile best practices and improve team processes
  
  
  

Your skills & experience:

• Experience in software development or leading technical teams
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining long-term strategic focus
• Passion for team empowerment and continuous improvement
  
  
  

Technical Skills (Big Plus):

• Understanding of web development fundamentals
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (JS), and REST APIs
• Experience with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and software deployment processes
  
  
  

Salary:

• Gross salary: 4500 - 6300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience
