Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Support Officer in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As a Support Officer you will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the IT Autonomy Programme. You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing projects to achieve the autonomy of the organisation and provide the maintenance and support needed. As a Support Officer you will also provide training to the users and on-boarding to the newcomers.

Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Support Officer in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As a Support Officer you will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the IT Autonomy Programme. You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing projects to achieve the autonomy of the organisation and provide the maintenance and support needed. As a Support Officer you will also provide training to the users and on-boarding to the newcomers.
As a Support Officer You Will
- Act as a second line of support for all technical support issues
- Conduct diagnostics to determine the nature of problems, provide technical support, and perform repairs when possible (hardware, software and equipment)
- Provide support and training for the usage of Video conferencing rooms
- Provide support for IT equipment, in the domain of M365, and all other IT related domains
- Provide support in user account management, password reset etc.
- On-board the newcomers
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor's level or 3 years of higher education or equivalent in experience.
- Knowledge of M365, Azure and best practice methodologies (ITIL or similar)
- Technical knowledge to configure Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and Video Conf. in meeting rooms
- Proven experience in lT/security support team, providing support and training to users
- Ability to understand and identify user needs
- Ability to work independently and effectively as well as a part of a multi-cultural team
- Capacity to work on several projects simultaneously and ability to contribute to the ongoing projects
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with ability to arrange leave, teleworking and extended business hours, if required, with colleagues to ensure the continuity of service
- Excellent knowledge of English
