Technology Operations Lead

My leading Financial Services client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead their Technology Operations. You'll oversee the management of day-to-day user support activities, support enterprise technology changes, and direct end user infrastructure service delivery and operations for the business.

The role will also provide technology oversight for all regulatory requirements and you'll attend management governance committees as required.

The following skills / experience is essential:

• Strong stakeholder management
• Vendor management background
• Exposure to regulations and regulators
• Experience of audits and working with internal audit
• Previously worked in Technology within Financial Services / Banking
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: Excellent + bonus + package

Location: Luxembourg (good work from home options available)
