Task Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling, registration, and follow-up of internal and external mandatory and elective training courses.
  • Administer training resources/facilities and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Handle correspondence and requests providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing their training needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support with administration of the Cargolux Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Consolidate training data & documentation and prepare reports.
  • For specific pre-defined topics, apply the learning needs analysis methodology to determine the knowledge and skills to fill the gap between current and desired outcomes.
  • Conduct supplier comparisons and liaise with external training vendors to source specialized training programs or resources.
  • Support with coordinating training provider contracts and external customer contracts

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or other relevant field of study
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge and experience in adult learning is a plus
  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Talent Management Systems and/or Learning Management Systems is considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, any other languages are considered an advantage

Working Conditions:

  • Temporary contract of 12 months based in Luxembourg
  • Occasionally flexible with working hours
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
