Radar Test Engineer (m/f)

Your Responsibilities Would Include

  • Analyzing test requirements from various stakeholders
  • Setting up test specifications and ensuring coverage of test requirements
  • Creating test plans and following-up releases from internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning and defining test procedures with internal and external laboratories
  • Organizing and supporting test setups
  • Supervising test execution and solving tester issues
  • Assessing test data and evaluating test results
  • Identifying, analyzing, and escalating test issues
  • Creating test reports and ensuring traceability of the test method, test condition, and test result
  • Processing work-packages and following-up tasks defined in the IEE Project Structure Plan (PSP) for the role “Test Engineer”

You Would Need To Meet The Following Requirements

  • Academic degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering
  • A high level of knowledge and considerable understanding in international and automotive testing standards
  • Broad insights in the automotive environment
  • A general understanding of electronic control unit (ECUs) system architectures and interfaces
  • CANoe and restbus simulation knowledge/experience considered as a very strong asset
  • Experience in:
    • MS Office
    • Version management (SVN, GIT, etc.)
    • DOORS and MATLAB are considered assets
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Good organizational skills, safety and 5S oriented behavior, open and active listening mindset
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); German or French is considered an asset
