Task Responsibilities:
- Contribute to defining and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy
- Support with running the annual organizational learning needs analysis
- Define and develop a curriculum of learning & development including professional development activities and regulatory training applicable to both internal and external employees, contractors, consultants and agents.
- Support the development of communication plans to promote learning & development programs
- Coordinate coaching and mentoring by identifying development needs, selecting suitable coaches/mentors, organising and facilitating intake and closure sessions to ensure effective outcomes and monitoring the progress of coaching and mentoring relationships.
- Ensure adequate service level quality of design, development, curation, delivery and evaluation of training content.
- Support supplier comparisons and the coordination with external vendors to source specialized learning & development programs or resources.
- Define regular structured reports for management and other key stakeholders on Talent Management and Learning & Development activities to track and measure their effectiveness.
- Master degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or other relevant field of study
- Experience within a Learning & Development role (facilitating and designing)
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and reliable
- Highly creative
- Business acumen
- Change management skills
- Highly analytical
- Experience with an LMS is a plus
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluency in written and spoken English, any other languages are considered an advantage
- Temporary contract of 12 months based in Luxembourg
- Occasionally flexible with working hours
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
