Junior Compliance Analyst

Our Risk & Reputation Team is looking for a Compliance Analyst to provide support to the whole firm.

Your next challenge

• Undertake compliance processes (timely review of acceptance files, monitoring, checks, follow-up…).
• Handle conflicts matters.
• Support the risk assessment process by collecting and analysing relevant data.
• Assist in the identification and investigation of potential compliance issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Provide compliance support to the Compliance Manager.
• Participate in various compliance-related projects, as needed.
  
  

Your Skills

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in administrative support, business or accounting)
• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills with an emphasis on detail
• Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines as well autonomous with a sense of initiative
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure
• Able to learn quickly and work in a team environment
• Familiar with the need for confidentiality and discretion
• Excel, Word and PPT proficient
