We're looking for an experienced professional to join our growing Financial Crime Compliance team in Luxembourg. If you're passionate about AML/CFT investigations and regulatory compliance—and ready to take on the responsibility of MLRO/delegate functions within the EU—this could be the perfect next step in your career.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

In this International Investigations and MLRO/Delegate role, you will:

• Conduct MLRO/delegate reviews for STRs/SARs before filing with the FIU (CSSF).
• Perform quality control (QC) checks on AML/CTF cases.
• Lead investigations into complex suspicious activities and high-risk transaction alerts.
• Prepare detailed case files for internal review and potential escalation.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies.
• Support internal teams (FCCS, Trust & Risk) on financial crime-related matters.
• Provide training and mentoring to BPO-based investigators.
• Contribute to process gap analyses and continuous improvement efforts.
• Be present in Luxembourg for MLRO/delegate reviews.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong years of AML, CTF, or sanctions investigations experience.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage complex data and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

🌟 Nice to Haves:

• Professional compliance certification (LCOI, ICA, ACAMS) and membership of a recognized body.
• Experience in quality control/quality assurance.
• Previous experience as an MLRO or MLRO delegate.
• Experience with metrics, dashboards, and regulatory reporting.
