Join Deutsche Bank Portugal Compliance Team in Lisbon as a Trainee. Develop a foundational understanding of the Compliance function, regulatory frameworks, and risk management. Provide support to the continuous monitoring activities and annual risk assessment. Understand the regulatory adherence process.
Responsibilities
- Provide support on the Compliance Annual Risk Assessment: understand the Compliance Risk types in order to support engagement with different divisions; understand the Local Business Model and applicable regulation; understand the Risk Assessment Methodology; participate in internal meetings with local stakeholders and Regional Team; have access to the Occam tool to provide support on the required inputs.
- Provide Support on the new framework for Regulatory Adherence: u nderstand DB regulatory Adherence Framework; e ngage with the new Regulatory Adherence tool for Compliance and input the required data.
- Prepare and attend local Compliance meetings: p rovide support on preparing the materials and presentations for local Meetings.
- Portuguese native speaking (mandatory)
- English and German as additional languages skills
- University degree in Humanities (e.g.Languages, Literature, Law)
- Communication skills and good writing
- Strong organizational skills & problem solving
