Base location: Lisbon (remote-first with occasional office visits) We are looking for a Junior Pentester with a genuine interest in offensive security and the ability to think like an attacker. The goal is to identify vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and networks before real attackers do. Responsibilities: - Perform internal and external penetration tests; - Identify vulnerabilities in web applications, networks, APIs, and operating systems; - Use both automated tools and manual testing techniques; - Produce technical reports with proof of concept and actionable recommendations. Common tools & technologies: - Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, SQLmap, Hydra, John the Ripper Preferred certifications: - eJPT (Junior Penetration Tester) - CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) - OSCP (advanced level, highly recognized) Ideal profile: - Solid understanding of networks, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and web security; - Practical experience (e.g., Hack The Box, TryHackMe, VulnHub); - Analytical mindset and strong curiosity; - English is required (international technical environment); - Based in Lisbon or willing to travel there occasionally (remote-first role).
