Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Agile/Scrum Master responsible for mananging different squads like developers and testers.
• Experience in management of large teams.
• Use of Azure DevOps as a safe source for project management, including business requirements documentation, work items follow up (cost estimation, development).
• Implementation of Cybersecurity protocols and resolution of vulnerabilities detected in client tools.
• Communicate effectively with Business team to understand the business needs and improve current solutions or building new solutions.
• Provide consulting services to internal business on process improvement projects designed to improve business values.
• Anticipate complex business problems or process optimization opportunities, identify alternatives, and recommend the best solutions working closely with internal teams.
• Fluent english.
