What you need to have/know:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master (junior/mid level);
• Solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles (we're not looking for “pure” Agile profiles — we value practical experience!);
• Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools;
• Strong communication skills, active listening, and a collaborative mindset;
• Fluent English is a must;
• Banking experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
