We are seeking a talented and motivated ✨ Senior Project Manager ✨ to join our team and lead custom software development projects. You will be responsible for managing the full development cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will play a key role in guiding a team of skilled professionals and implementing agile methodologies to drive project success.

Work location: Slovenia (Ljubljana, Maribor, Nova Gorica).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage custom software development projects.
• Lead a team of 10+ members, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and oversee agile methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project progression.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managing custom software development projects in the public or private sector.
• Proven experience in a formal Project Manager role, responsible for the full development cycle.
• Experience with leading a team of 10+ members.
• Proven experience in agile methodologies.
• Diploma from a relevant Technology University, B.Sc or higher.
• Preferred technology understanding: Microsoft .NET/SQL platforms.
• Fluency in Slovenian language and meeting the legal requirements to be employed in Slovenia.

Desired Skills

• Certification: PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• Recent training (in the last 3 years) in project or quality management or new technology trends is a plus.
