About the job:

We are looking for an Experienced Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Bucharest, Romania!

The Market Intelligence team is responsible for driving actionable insights to support our commercial strategy and business planning. This role will oversee market research, competitive analysis, and current and prospective client insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Reporting directly to the Market Intelligence Lead, as part of a smaller team, you will be a key contributor in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing sales efforts, and positioning the company as an industry leader.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain high-quality market research reports, data libraries and dashboards, enabling teams across the organization to access insights
• Design and implement data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders
• Conduct thorough market research to monitor industry trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes across key markets
• Generate client-specific insights and deep dives to support sales pitches and strategic discussions
• Following market developments, policy, and regulatory changes, collecting intelligence from internal and external sources as well as through monitoring the news
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in within management consulting, business/corporate finance, business intelligence, market research, or analytics
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong plus
• Native or fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)
• Extensive knowledge of market research methodologies, competitor analysis, and client behavior analytics
• Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for our commercial stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills to create impactful reports.
