The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Master Data Analyst to support the management and maintenance of customer, vendor, and material master data in our SAP system. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance while collaborating with key business units to facilitate smooth operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Responsible for Customer, Vendor, Customer and Material Master Master Data Management: initiates, sets up and maintains data of all customers/ vendors/ material.
- Validate data entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Assists and provides the necessary data (including documents, email, other information) required for controls and audits
- Support data cleansing activities by identifying and correcting inconsistencies, duplicates, and outdated records.
- Perform routine checks and audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- You provide reporting-related work on Master data and ad-hoc reports extracted from the system in line with Service Level Agreement
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to address master data-related requests.
- Ensure master data aligns with company standards, regulatory requirements, and data governance policies.
- Assist in resolving master data-related issues and queries from internal stakeholders.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting master data insights for business users.
- Support system updates and testing for master data improvements or SAP enhancements.
- Document processes and maintain up-to-date records of master data procedures.
Who Are We Looking For

- Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance is a plus
- 0-2 years of experience in data management, finance, supply chain, or procurement
- Good analytic skills and attention to details
- Capacity to respect deadlines and to prioritize
- Exposure to SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) or other ERP systems is preferred
- English at a very good level
- Any other language skills would be a strong plus
- Basic understanding of master data concepts (customer, vendor, and material).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- High motivation and ability to learn
- Ability to be flexible, independent & collaborative, open-minded and proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential matters
