At Inter IKEA Group, we unite Retail Concept, Range, and Supply to improve and make our home furnishing offer more accessible. You’ll be part of IKEA of Sweden and the Data & Technology organization within Range Operations.

As a Team Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team focused on creating solutions for IKEA product information to be used across the entire value chain. You’ll oversee a specific domain and your team’s development, operations, and delivery, while setting strategic direction and managing both vendors and employees.

Your main focus is to;

• Secure a competent and high-performing team.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation to address business challenges.
• Lead and support DevOps and an agile culture
• Establish and implement common ways of working.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including governance, process, operations, shared service counterparts, suppliers, and other digital units.
• Coach and guide the team with up-to-date technology expertise.
  
  

Qualifications

To be matched for this role, we believe you have

• 4+years of leadership experience, with a focus on achieving results by actively involving and engaging team members.
• A solidbackground in Software Engineeringwith knowledge of multiple programming languages.
• Familiarity with cloud technology and an understanding of IT and solution architecture principles
• Proven ability to balance business value delivery with the need for business agility.
• Experience using technology as a business tool and the skill to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, coaching, and facilitation, with an emphasis on clear, structured, and honest communication.
