DevSecOps Specialist

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands

Salary: EUR 60K – 70K

We're partnering with a leading company in the Renewable Energy sector, seeking a highly motivated DevSecOps Specialist to champion security across their development and operations lifecycle. Your Mission:

• Integrate security into our development and operations pipeline.
• Craft, document, and champion infrastructure and software security best practices across the organization.
• Provide insightful analysis and expert recommendations on security incidents and potential risks.
• Partner with internal teams, offering guidance on secure design and implementation strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges spanning the DevSecOps and infrastructure landscape.
• Design and implement secure solutions that meet both infrastructure and compliance mandates.
• Provide first-line support for Windows laptops and M365 Office applications.
• Collaborate closely with the broader IT team to ensure our Dutch operations receive exceptional IT support.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience with virtual machines, SQL servers, and Azure infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of M365, Exchange, and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with VMware environments.
• Proficiency in Endpoint Management, including Intune, Autopilot, and MDM technologies.
• A strong grasp of current security threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management principles.
• Experience with ISO 27001 / NIS2 compliance frameworks.
• Practical experience with Bastion for Azure protection, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview / Sentinel.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and other automation tooling.
• A solid understanding of basic networking components like routers, Wi-Fi, and printers.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with C# and Python programming languages.
• Familiarity with Web Development technologies (HTML, CSS, WordPress).
• Exposure to CRM, PM, and DM systems.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
