Investment Banking Associate

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Banking Associate to join their Stockholm office. Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A, capital markets, and financial advisory transactions across multiple sectors
• Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparables, etc.)
• Prepare pitch books, presentations, and transaction materials for client meetings and internal discussions
• Conduct due diligence and industry research to support business development and deal execution
• Mentor and supervise analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth
• Work closely with senior bankers to build and maintain client relationships

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or a related financial services role
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related field (Master's or equivalent preferred)
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Swedish is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
