🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deploy machine learning models that scale — and deliver.
• Contribute to clean, reusable code libraries with solid development practices.
• Integrate ML solutions directly into production systems alongside cross-functional teams.
• Keep a close eye on model performance post-deployment, and make improvements on the fly.
• Optimize end-to-end ML pipelines for speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines tailored for ML deployment.
• Test, validate, and monitor ML models to ensure they're reliable and robust in the wild.

🧠 What You Bring to the Table

• Hands-on experience building ML and deep learning models that go beyond experimentation.
• Strong Python skills; SQL and PySpark knowledge is a bonus.
• Solid grasp of MLOps practices — from deployment to monitoring.
• Familiarity with key ML tools and frameworks like PyTorch
• A proactive mindset, creative problem-solving chops, and an appetite for collaboration.
• Clear, confident communication in English.

✨ Extra Credit For

• Experience working with LLMs, model compression (quantization, distillation), and transfer learning.
• Previous work with Azure services like Data Lake, Datahouse, and Databricks. OR AWS
• Comfort with REST APIs and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
