Your Responsibilities

/ Supporting the Learning&Development team

/ Taking active part in learning and development activities

/ Following up with the HR Business Partner and the Business Units on training needs

/ Responsible for end to end training organization ( training design, organization, evaluation of trainings and keeping records)

/ Becoming a part of HR Team you will have a chance to learn about HR processes & especially Learning& Development cycle within the organization

Your Profile

/ Enrolling in a master program on going studentship is a must

/ Ability to work at least 4 days in a week

/ Good verbal and written English communication skills

/ Aim to have a career in HR Department speacially on the Academy side

/ High communication and presentation skills and flexible minded, creative and good team player
