Their work leverages the potential of large language models (LLMs) in combination with traditional machine learning techniques to enhance processes and develop innovative products. With millions of customers, they have a rich dataset to validate hypotheses and fine-tune models to meet real-world needs. Their tech stack includes Python, Pandas/Numpy, PyTorch, AWS, Docker, and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize machine learning models for NLP applications, with a focus on LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Fine-tune large language models for practical, real-world applications.
• Implement state-of-the-art RAG methodologies to improve system performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and apply innovative approaches to improve our systems.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong experience in NLP, large language models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proficiency in Python, with expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment in production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
