Project Manager Scrum Master

Must Haves

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or hold an equivalent certification.

Strong Banking Experience

You should have proven experience in managing IT projects, and a strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Plusses

Preferred skills include experience with Generative AI applications and technologies, knowledge of Contact Center as a Service (CCAS) solutions, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
