What The Role Is

You are part of a team that contributes towards the shaping and building of desired safety culture within MINDEF/Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF).

What You Will Be Working On

  • Create and disseminate accident prevention products and collaterals
  • Manage digital and social media content
  • Reach out to both new and existing members of RSAF to ensure content creation, intention and alignment of purpose behind these accident prevention products or collaterals to achieve desired buy-in by the receivers
  • Manage online communities and social media presence in social media accounts and required platforms
  • Develop and implement strategies in dissemination


Challenge(s)

  • Grasping ongoing developments in the media environment
  • Formulating effective communication plans on Accident Prevention
  • Adopting new technologies, platforms and methodologies to enhance communications efforts


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Mass Communications and Media or Psychology is preferred
  • Team player mindset
  • Strong visual sense
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Good articulation skills
  • Critical thinking abilities
  • Innovative mindset
  • Interest in Current affairs, military matters and defence-related topics
